Payroll Officer (part-time)

Payroll Officer role | 3 days per week | Caboolture location Your new company
This growing Australian company that operates in a range of markets is seeking a Payroll Officer to join their small finance team on a part-time permanent basis. The position will require the successful applicant to work Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The position will be based in their Brisbane Northside offices in Caboolture which offers plenty of on-site car parking.
Your new role
Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for the following:

Setting up new employees on the payroll system

Data entry of payroll information

Weekly payroll processing

Employee file maintenance

Liaising with employees regarding payroll queries

Payroll calculations

Assisting with process improvement and system changes

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you will meet the following requirements:

Previous experience with payroll processing

Excellent communication skills

Highly organised with strong attention to detail

Strong Excel skills

***You will need to be based in Brisbane and hold valid working rights to be considered for this role. No Sponsorship is available***
