The Role
The People & Culture Business Partner is a trusted partner and member of the P&C team, providing forward thinking, future insights and leadership guidance and advice to the Senior Leaders.
Reporting into the Head of People & Culture, this role will effectively partner with the business to align and embed our culture, drive business success through collaborative partnership on end-to-end people solution and provide sound operational advice to the business, in line with their business plans and Crown’s policies and procedures.
Please note this is a PART TIME 0.4FTE role (Tues/Wed coverage with flexibility around work hours):
