Personal Assistant

Company: Super Property
Location: Remote/Work from Home
Hours: Part-time, 16 hours per week

Overview:
Super Property specialises in connecting clients to low deposit home loan solutions. We are seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to join our small team. This role involves close collaboration with the director and entails assisting with client interactions from the beginning of their property purchase journey through to settlement. While previous experience in real estate is beneficial, it is not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the director with client communications, including dialing numbers and scheduling calls.
  • Manage client agreements and maintain accurate documentation records.
  • Coordinate introductions between clients and partners such as brokers, solicitors, and financial planners, ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Use CRM systems to manage client data and interactions (experience with CRM systems is a plus).
  • Assist with handling incoming and outgoing invoices
  • Management of staff calendars and coordinate schedules.
  • Assist with email communication guiding clients through the property transaction process, including offer placement, inspection arrangements, and facilitating contract deposits, etc
  • Arrange settlement gifts and perform post-purchase follow-ups.
  • Assist the director with personal travel arrangements and tasks.
  • Assist with company bookkeeping via Xero

Qualifications:

  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in G-Suite and experience with CRM systems preferred.
  • Bookkeeping experience an advantage  
  • Previous experience in administration, real estate, or related fields is advantageous but not required.
  • High level of attention to detail and commitment to providing high-quality support to clients and team members.
