We are looking for a Personal Assistant part time (4 days per week) to join our team! This role is based at our head office and not a “work from home” role.
About the Role:
The Personal Assistant (PA) works closely with members of our head office team and the leadership team at both of our Aged Care homes, our Child Care Centre and our Registered Training Organisation. Yes, we are in healthcare, early childhood education and adult education!
This role is key support for our Director, Chief Operating Officer and General Manager. The role would be ideally suited to someone with experience as a PA and is flexible and creative and loves a diverse role as we are a diverse company. We want someone with common sense and life experience as we are a “people organisation” so EQ is a must! We want someone who would like to develop their skills, whilst also providing administration support to our Executive management.

Embracia Victoria is a second-generation family business with two aged care homes (Reservoir & Avondale Heights), an Registered Training Organisation (Avondale Heights) and Childcare and Kindergarten service in Kyneton and we are still designing, building and growing! We are a growing company with a bright future.
Some travel to the aged care homes and child care service is required (occasionally), however, the role is primarily a head office role located in Kew East.
