We are looking for a Personal Assistant part time (4 days per week)  to join our team!  This role is based at our head office and not a “work from home” role.

About the Role:

The Personal Assistant (PA) works closely with members of our head office team and the leadership team at both of our Aged Care homes, our Child Care Centre and our Registered Training Organisation. Yes, we are in healthcare, early childhood education and adult education!

This role is key support for our Director, Chief Operating Officer and General Manager. The role would be ideally suited to someone with experience as a PA and is flexible and creative and loves a diverse role as we are a diverse company. We want someone with common sense and life experience as we are a “people organisation” so EQ is a must! We want someone who would like to develop their skills, whilst also providing administration support to our Executive management.

The primary purpose of this role is to;

  • Support the Executive team with communication and organisation for our aged care, child care and education businesses whilst being located in our head office.  This is not a work from home role.
  • Support the team to produce and distribute high quality written materials for a range of audiences.
  • Support Embracia's digital presence by drafting and planning social media posts, and creating and editing website content, blogs, newsletters etc.

We are looking for a candidate who possesses the following attributes:

  • A warm and friendly team player 
  • A communicator who is flexible and can multi-task.
  • Good at research and investigation
  • Someone who loves to be part of a team, but can work independently too.
  • Has initiative, creativity, and loves to have fun simultaneously. 
  • Creative, motivated and has the people skills to draw out information from a range of stakeholders
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as CreateSend and Canva (preferred not essential)
  • Great admin and organisational skills to manage mailing lists, content for letters and communication which will help us to communicate effectively with our diverse audiences.
  • Ability to troubleshoot problems and work with the team to find solutions
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Self-motivated, positive person

About Embracia Victoria

Embracia Victoria is a second-generation family business with two aged care homes (Reservoir & Avondale Heights), an Registered Training Organisation (Avondale Heights) and Childcare and Kindergarten service in Kyneton and we are still designing, building and growing!  We are a growing company with a bright future.

Some travel to the aged care homes and child care service is required (occasionally), however, the role is primarily a head office role located in Kew East.
