Personal Assistant / Marketing Manager - Part-Time

This third generation owned and operated hotel based in the heart of San Remo is looking for a part time Personal Assistant/ Marketing Manager to join the team, assisting with all things operational and back of house for the owners and venue manager. 

Reporting to a management team comprised of 2 owners and a venue manager, you will be responsible for, but not limited to the below responsibilities:

• Marketing and Social Media of all the hotels events and promotions
• Preparing meeting agendas and taking minutes at all management and staff meetings
• Assist with social media content, reviews, marketing initiatives and website content/maintenance
• Support for the Admin/Accounts team for payroll and ad hoc administrative tasks
• Liaise with department heads and follow up all required actions
• Customer service - phones, email and face to face
• Assist with grant application processes as need be
• General day to day administrative requirements for management team
• Balancing of tills and daily banking
• Assist on weekends when required

You will have proven experience working within an administrative marketing capacity, great organisational skills, a problem solver, hospitality industry experience preferred but not essential, as well as a friendly and adaptable nature.
