Personal Assistant to CEO
Location: West Gosford (In-Office Only)
Hours: Mon - Fri 8.30am - 4pm
About Us:
Olive et Oriel, a leader in home decor, seeks a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our busy CEO.
Role Overview:
As a Personal Assistant, you will be essential in ensuring the CEO's daily operations run seamlessly. Your responsibilities will include managing the CEO's calendar, preparing documents, and assisting with both professional and personal matters as needed. Additionally, you'll leverage your creative skills to produce social media posts and marketing campaigns. Your excellent organizational and communication abilities will be crucial in maintaining relationships with external brand partners, ensuring efficient office operations, and supporting the CEO in various tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO’s calendar and schedule where required
- Prepare and organize reports and documents weekly.
- Communicate with brand partners and artists.
- Scheduling of social media posts and managing/responding to engagement.
- Creation of email marketing campaigns.
- Support the Customer Care team with phone, email, and live-chat where required.
- Coordinate meetings and annual events.
- Assist with travel arrangements and itineraries.
What You Bring:
- Proven experience as an executive assistant.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other office software.
- Experienced use of Canva and Photoshop
- Very friendly & positive personality
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- A proactive and problem-solving attitude.
- Assisting with various business and personal tasks where required
