As a key member of our Philanthropy Team, you will cultivate and steward meaningful relationships with major donors and institutional funders to help meet ambitious fundraising goals. You will manage a portfolio of trusts, foundations, and corporates—leading high-quality grant submissions, reporting, and tailored stewardship that deepens engagement and drives impact.
You’ll be part of a passionate, innovative, and high-performing team that thrives on collaboration and pushing boundaries.

You’ll have:
This role is a permanent, full time or part time role (80%), based in our office in Surry Hills, Sydney. Some local and interstate travel will be required.
We are supportive of flexible working arrangements, with our team working part of the week from home where responsibilities make this possible. As a PBI, we also provide our people with salary packaging benefits, which result in reduced tax liability.
