We welcome applications from Physiotherapists and Accredited Exercise Physiologists, including new graduates.
Based at our RSL LifeCare Therapy and lifestyle Centre in Narrabeen, you will work within a supportive team to assess, design, and deliver support that enhance mobility, independence, and long‑term wellbeing.
This is a permanent part time position, either 3–4 days per week, Monday to Friday. 8am – 4pm
You will:
Assess clients and develop individualised treatment and exercise programs
Deliver therapy in 1:1, group, and hydrotherapy settings
Establish meaningful goals in collaboration with clients
Monitor progress, review outcomes, and adjust programs as required
Work closely with Registered Nurses, Allied Health Assistants, care teams, and visiting medical practitioners
Promote independence in activities of daily living
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and referral communication
Essential Requirements – Physiotherapist
Bachelor or Master of Physiotherapy
Current AHPRA registration
Strong clinical reasoning and assessment skills
Experience in aged care, community care, or rehabilitation (preferred)
Essential Requirements – Exercise Physiologist
Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology (or equivalent)
Current ESSA Accreditation (AEP)
Experience in aged care, community care, or chronic disease management (preferred)
Requirements for Both Disciplines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
Strong organisational and documentation skills
Compassion, patience, and a genuine interest in supporting older people
