Physiotherapy Practice Receptionist - Part-Time Or Casual - Urgent Hire

Prana Physiotherapy & Health is a rapidly growing clinic specialising in back and neck pain, rehabilitation post spinal surgery, general musculoskeletal care, sports injuries and Clinical Pilates. 

We’re a close knit, fun, caring and innovative team and we are looking for a receptionist/administrator who is genuinely passionate about providing top level customer service to join our Crows Nest practice. 

Key responsibilities of the role include:

- Providing top level customer care to our valued clients

- Facilitating the desk at our main reception, including welcoming clients and taking payments

- Answering and responding to telephone calls, faxes, text messages and emails

- Booking and scheduling of appointments and exercise classes

- Effective and confidential management of patient records

- Merchandise sales, purchase of office supplies and stock control/inventory

- Provide support to each practitioner on a daily basis to ensure their day runs smoothly

- Maintaining the presentation of our boutique clinic and Pilates Studio including cleaning and tidying between consultations and classes.

Highly Desirable 

• Medical (preferably Physio) reception experience
• Experience using Cliniko and Mindbody Practice Management Systems
• Experience using HICAPS
• Tertiary qualifications, preferably relevant to the position

Must be available to work either morning or evening shifts starting from 7:30am, and finishing at 7pm or 7:30pm, and the able to cover Saturdays when needed from 7:30am - 1:00pm.
