We are seeking expressions of interest for Project Coordinator/Administrator position for a significant digital transformation initiative within a leading utilities provider in Melbourne. As part of a dedicated transformation team, you will be responsible for coordinating and administering various projects aimed at enhancing the organization's digital capabilities, optimizing processes, and improving overall efficiency.
Please note this is a part time role (3 days p/w).Key Deliverables: - Project Coordination: Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with the broader digital transformation strategy and objectives.
- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to project teams, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, documenting minutes, and maintaining project documentation.
- Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate communication among project stakeholders, including internal teams, external vendors, and senior management, to ensure clear understanding of project goals, progress, and challenges.
- Resource Management: Assist in resource allocation and management to ensure project tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues within projects and assist in developing mitigation strategies to address them effectively.
- Quality Assurance: Support the implementation of quality assurance processes to ensure deliverables meet established standards and requirements.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular progress reports and analysis for project stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, achievements, and areas for improvement.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and methodologies, sharing insights and best practices with the project team.
Key Skills Required: - Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project coordination/administration, preferably within a digital transformation or technology-driven environment.
- 5+ years experience ion similar project coordinator/ administrator type roles.
- Prior experience working in the Utilities sector would be highly regarded.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
