• Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanour, aiding with valet parking and luggage upon arrival and departure. 
• Be familiar with the hotel facilities and services to assist with guest queries. 
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the lobby and porte-cochère areas, including clearing debris and arranging seating. 
• Provide information and recommendations on local attractions, restaurants, and activities to enhance the guest experience. 
• Assist guests with transportation arrangements, including booking taxis, limousines, and airport transfers. 
• Always uphold the hotel's standards of excellence in customer service and professionalism. 

What you will bring to the role: 

• Passionate about creating memorable guest experiences that exceed expectations 
• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and outgoing personality. 
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to your work. 
• Flexibility to work a variety of shift times, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. 
• Hold a valid full Australian driver’s licence.
