Your next career opportunity
As a Post-doctoral Research Officer, you will be at the forefront of managing and analysing data for a groundbreaking initiative aimed at improving oral cancer screening and early detection. You will coordinate data collection from multiple sites, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with ethical standards. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders and contribute to research that advances health equity.
Your responsibilities will include:
Ensuring ethical compliance: liaising with ethics committees, maintaining records, and ensuring adherence to ethical standards.
Coordinating data collection: overseeing data entry processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance across metropolitan and peripheral sites.
Supporting research activities: preparing datasets, performing analyses, and contributing to the dissemination of research findings.
Managing project milestones: tracking progress, managing documentation, and facilitating effective communication between sites and partners.
You may be a great fit if:
You are a detail-oriented professional with a PhD in a relevant field, experienced in managing research activities and data, and committed to advancing health equity through collaboration and innovation.
You may also:
Have experience in managing research activities, including ethics applications and compliance.
Possess strong research skills and familiarity with biomedical and health sciences methodologies.
Demonstrate excellent organisational and project management skills.
Be proficient in written and verbal communication, with experience in preparing reports and submissions.
Work effectively within multidisciplinary teams, showcasing initiative and problem-solving abilities.
