PR & Influencer Marketing Specialist

Based at our Gold Coast HQ, Grace Loves Lace is a world-renowned bridal brand celebrated for redefining bridal fashion with effortless elegance and a commitment to sustainability. With 24 boutiques and a strong online presence across the US, Europe and Australia, we are a global leader in modern bridal.

We have an exciting, newly created opportunity to join our Marketing team as a Public Relations & Influencer Marketing Specialist. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, this role will support the delivery of global PR and influencer strategies that elevate brand awareness and strengthen Grace Loves Lace’s position as an iconic modern bridal brand. With a strong focus on copywriting and relationship management, you will work closely with media, influencers, celebrities and brand partners across key markets.

This role is ideally a part-time position (3–4 days per week) based at our Burleigh Heads HQ, however full-time hours will be considered for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will support the following:

• Identify, engage and manage influencers, stylists and VIPs aligned with the brand


• Secure influencer, celebrity and boutique dressing opportunities


• Coordinate influencer appointments, fittings and global activations


• Draft press releases and written assets for collections, launches and brand announcements


• Pitch to domestic and international media and manage ongoing media relationships


• Source, track and report on digital and print media coverage


• Deliver creative copy across marketing, website, press and campaign assets


• Manage PR and influencer samples end-to-end, including gifting, loans, returns and tracking


• Work closely with Dispatch, Inventory and CX teams to ensure seamless fulfilment

Essential Knowledge / Behaviours:

• 3–4 years’ experience in PR, influencer or talent relations (fashion, beauty or bridal preferred)


• Strong copywriting and communication skills


• Proven experience managing influencer or media relationships with strong brand judgement


• Highly organised with excellent time management and attention to detail


• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment


• Excel in a hands-on role and ensure you deliver to tasks


• Strong alignment with the Grace Loves Lace brand, vision and values
