Job Description :
As a Product Manager at TED, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and guiding the development of our educational platform. Your primary focus will be on enhancing user experience, streamlining application processes, and integrating innovative features to connect students and educational institutions more effectively.

Key Responsibilities :
● Product Strategy and Vision: Develop and articulate a clear vision for the product, aligned with the company’s mission to transform global educational access

● User Experience: Ensure the platform is user-friendly, intuitive, and meets the needs of our diverse student base and educational partners

● Feature Development: Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of
innovative features and functionalities.
● Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, identify user needs, and anticipate future demands

● Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and customer service, to ensure successful product roll-outs

● Performance Metrics: Monitor and evaluate product performance using relevant KPIs, making data-driven decisions to enhance functionality and user satisfaction

Qualifications :
● Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

● 2 to 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the ed-tech or related industry

● Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to get the job done

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
