Program Marketing & Communications Specialist
Location: Remote – Australia based (with full working rights – PR & Aus citizens only)

Indicative assignment length: up to 12 months (subject to agreement )

Airswift have partnered with BHP on a very exciting accelerator project.
Reports to: Principal Communications and Brand

This role sits within our accelerator function targeting innovative, early-stage mineral exploration companies to find the critical resources necessary to drive the energy transition. ? The accelerator program is designed to help participants further build out their exploration concept and become ‘investment ready’, leveling up their operations, business and technical skillset through dedicated program tracks.

As Marketing and Communications Specialist, you are responsible for developing clear and compelling content to be used across all channels to maximise and promote BHP’s accelerator program.

What you'll need to succeed

BA degree qualification in marketing, communication, public relations or related fields
Strong understanding of various channel strategies (digital, media, shareholder)
Extensive stakeholder management and communication planning skills with the ability to collaborate and provide counsel to senior stakeholders
Exceptional writing and editorial skills
Experience defining, developing and leading communications strategy for internal and external audiences
Ability to collaborate and influence teams across the company
Strong attention to detail
Ability to utilize research and data to develop insights to guide communications approach
While not mandatory but highly regarded, experience working with Accelerators and early-stage companies
