Duties & Responsibilities

• Opens homes
• Application Processing
• Lease renewals
• New Tenant Signup
• Break Lease Management
• Change of shared tenancy Management
• Smoke Alarm Compliance
• Insurance Compliance
• Assistance with Maintenance
• Adhoc PM tasks

As the successful applicant, you will have:

• 1-2 years Property Management experience
• A current real estate registration certificate
• Drivers licence
• Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
• A passion for the industry
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• A high level of computer literacy
• Experience with IRE, Console Cloud and Bricks + Agents would be advantageous

Remuneration - Attractive base salary, travel reimbursement, mobile, plus a bonus scheme.
