Hours: Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 15:00 (Flexible options available)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring a seamless experience from tenant induction to lease renewal.
• Conduct inspections, coordinate maintenance, and ensure properties are presented at their best.
• Manage property listings, conduct viewings, vet potential tenants, and prepare lease documents.
• Maintain and grow positive relationships with property owners and tenants, ensuring all parties are satisfied.
• Manage your schedule effectively, integrating work duties with personal priorities.
• Collaborate with internal teams and engage with stakeholders to maintain smooth operations.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in residential property management (desired).
• Valid Property Management Registration.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Proficiency in Property Management Software; familiarity with Property Tree, Inspect Real Estate, vaultRE, Rentfind Inspector, and REI forms is a plus.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word.
• Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional demeanor.
