• Create a shining first impression of the hotel for all guests
• Work together with the housekeeping team to ensure a high-standard of cleanliness in all public areas of the hotel   
• Use your eye-for detail to maintain 5-star cleanliness in all front of house areas, floors, windows, rest rooms, driveways, reception, pool area and function rooms
• Be a key support to the team by upholding clean and usable spaces in all back of house areas
• Keep your team and guests safe ensuring adherence to security procedures and health and safety of hotel spaces

What you will bring to the role:

• Experience as a public area cleaner within a hotel (preferably in a luxury hotel environment)
• Availability to work afternoons & evenings, with some flexibility
• Physical fitness is essential
• Safe manual handling training & experience
• Exceptional attention to detail

• Commitment to delivering a 5-star service to guests 
• Organisation and Efficient time management skills
