ABOUT US:
We are a 90-year-old family business with a small busy team that needs a permanent part time (9am to 3pm) receptionist / administrative person to come and give us a hand. What do we do – umbrellas! We are Australia’s leading supplier of handheld umbrellas servicing over 3000 retail stores, and hundreds of corporate accounts for logo print jobs. We have also recently expanded sales through various Shopify websites to consumers – and this is where we need your help!
YOUR DUTIES:
- Meet and greet clients/visitors
- Answering phone calls from consumers
- Dealing with consumer queries
- Dealing with warranty claims
- Fulfilling Shopify orders in Shopify
- Printing Australia Post Labels from Shopify
- Briefing warehouse manager regarding each order
- Australia Post pick ups / or drop off
- General administration tasks
- Other ad-hoc duties as required
- Maintaining a clean working environment
REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent telephone manner
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Processing accuracy essential
- The ability to work autonomously and in a team
- Shopify administration experience highly valued
- Australia Post MyPost Business experience valued
- Microsoft Office skills valued required
- Current Victorian driver's license
