Receptionist - Immediate Start - Professional Development Opportunities - Part-Time

You like to create a great customer service experience. You will be providing support for our busy dentist and assistants to help us provide the best experience for our new and recurrent clients.

You know you can keep a smile on your face while making it all appear smooth and professional despite juggling multiple demands on your time.  

You are prompt at answering the emails and know what to say to the anxious patients.

Your role will be to ensure all our patients are rebooked to ensure optimum follow up treatments and ongoing care. You may have periods where there is no one else available to help you and at these times you will need to be able to show initiative and be willing to do whatever is needed to ensure things get done.

This is a part time role working 3-4 days per week plus some Saturdays on a roster basis.

Our client is a modern and growing dental practice located in the southern suburbs of Canberra. With a small team of dedicated dentists and dental assistants they are looking for someone who can start immediately and who wants a long term and stable part time role, working with a great team and being involved with the local community.
