Job Description - Receptionist - Part-Time

We are seeking a vibrant person to step into a part-time role of a receptionist in our Mount Pleasant Office. Ideally you will be able to work 3 days per week and looking to progress to a fulltime role over the next 12-18 months.

Key responsibilities within the role will include:

  1. Assisting with reception duties including incoming phone calls.
  2. Welcome visitors, determine nature of their business and announce visitors to appropriate person
  3. Managing all mail and couriers
  4. Preparing, receipting, and processing all banking
  5. Follow up on client documentation, including ATO documents, ASIC forms, BAS and Tax returns
  6. Collation of client source documents and work papers for Accountants
  7. Data entry within Xero for client information
  8. Preparation of client invoices and general correspondence
  9. General admin duties

 

To be successful in this role you will have administration and reception experience and be:

  • Well presented
  • A high level of professionalism and positive attitude with a pleasant phone manner
  • Have a positive attitude and be self motivated
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Strong time management, planning and organisational skills
  • Ability to multi task
  • Proficient with MS Office
