Receptionist - Part-Time - Afternoons 1pm To 6pm. - Generous Compensation

Our employees are at the heart of what makes Luna Park Sydney a very special place. Our valued team of nearly 1000 staff work across Ride Operations, Guest Relations, Stewarding, Sideshow Hosting, Retail, Maintenance, Food/Beverage, and Events/Functions and Administration. 

As our Head Office Afternoon Reception (1pm to 6pm), you are the face of the business as corporate guests attend site or submit inquiries, or when Park staff visit the office. You will be responsible for managing our front desk daily, as well as supporting our Office Manager in performing a variety of task including: 

• Greeting guests as soon as they arrive at the office
• Offering administrative support to the corporate team
• Responding to phones and email inquiries 
• Distributing internal correspondence to the appropriate teams
• Coordinating, booking, and monitoring meeting rooms 
• Ensuring the reception and waiting area are tidy and presentable
•  Ordering office supplies, and keeping inventory of stock 

To be successful you will need to have:

• Relevant experience in Customer Service, office administration or reception type position
• Excellent communication skills 
• A genuine customer service style 
• Strong organisational and administration skills   

You will also be required to have a Paid Working With Children Check prior to commencing work if you are successful. 

This is a permeant part time position working 1pm to 6pm Monday to Friday please
