Reporting to the Directors and Practice Manager, the overall purpose of the role will be to provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to the patients & practitioners across our multiple locations. This role will offer you plenty of variety and the opportunity to work with a great team and workplace culture. 

Key responsibilities include:

• Patient appointment booking, billing, receipting and health fund claiming
• Operating a busy switchboard
• General Reception duties 
• Maintaining patient information & records on our Practice Management System 

We are looking to fill 1 part time role, Monday to Friday, shifts will fall between the hours of 7:45AM and 7:15PM.  

This role will suit an individual with exceptional attention to detail, attentive customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment. Your key to success will be your customer service experience and desire to help people reach their health goals. PracSuite software and Allied Health experience is highly desirable but not essential. 

This role will be primarily based at our Marden practice but will require you to be available to work across all of our locations in Mount Barker and Eastwood.

Mandatory Requirements include:

• Current  Covid-19 Vaccination
• Current DCSI Working with Children Check
• National Police clearance within past 6 months
