As our agency's first point of contact, you will have a fantastic personal presentation and an excellent phone manner.
You will perform a variety of tasks, such as answering and screening calls, greeting clients and customers and assisting our Sales and Property Management teams with administration support tasks. You will be computer literate with accurate keyboard skills.
A sense of urgency, self-initiative and good time management coupled with accuracy and excellent communication skills will ensure success in this role.
