Recruitment Consultant (Part-Time)

Titus People Advisory has been providing quality recruitment services (Permanent, Temporary and Labour Hire) and human resources consulting services across Regional NSW since 2023.

The Position - Recruitment Consultant (Part-Time)

The Recruitment Consultant will report directly to the General Manager. The role will have a high level of autonomy. 

This is a great opportunity for the right person to achieve optimal work life balance whilst helping to grow the business. The role will have both a sales/BD focus as well as the pure recruitment aspect. 

We are looking for a self starter who works hard, is ethical, responsible and comfortable working autonomously.

This will be a WFH role but the successful candidate will need to be Newcastle or Hunter Valley based.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Source new candidates using appropriate strategies (eg. head hunting, advertising, network and referrals)
• Telephone screening, and interviewing candidates face to face
• Identifying shortlists for roles
• Administration support through the recruitment and onboarding processes for both candidates and clients
• Actioning recruitment and onboarding enquiries in a timely manner
• General ad-hoc administration duties as required
• Business development/Account management - develop and enhance either new or existing relationships
• Negotiating terms of business with clients
• Achieve sales targets
• Social Media Marketing

Skills & Experience

• At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Proven computer skills and experience using Microsoft Office suite
• Sophisticated interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment to meet clear timelines
• A recruiter who is most comfortable in a collaborative environment and prepared to support others
