Registered Nurse - Endoscopy

Your role at St John of God Subiaco Hospital

You will provide a recovery focused approach to care that supports the patient before, during and after endoscopy procedures. Additionally, you will work with the healthcare team to develop a personalized care plan for each patient, incorporating their preferences and goals to promote a successful recovery process.

The Position

• Assesses plans, delivers and evaluates patient care, seeking support from senior staff as required.

• Promotes and contributes to effective communication, facilitating teamwork and cooperation within the department and within the hospital.

• Participates in mental health promotion and educational programs for patients, families/carers.

• Supports and supervises staff and students as required, including orientating and preceptoring staff.

• Contributes to the achievement of Hospital and Clinical Services operational objectives.
