Cabrini’s Casual Workforce Unit operates within the Clinical Operations team at Malvern. We provide experienced Nurses and support staff from various clinical backgrounds with a flexible, casual employment option to suit your lifestyle and career goals.

Cabrini Casual Workforce is now recruiting Registered Nurses, and Enrolled Nurses with a range of backgrounds and skill sets, including those with experience in:

What you need
To apply for a role within the Cabrini Casual Workforce unit, Nurses must have the following:
At least 6 months of proven clinical experience post-completion of grad year.
Current AHPRA registration with no conditions as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
Additional qualifications relevant to the area(s) you wish to work in if required.
A strong focus on patient safety, strong customer service, and a commitment to practice under Cabrini’s mission and values.
Well-developed communication skills that facilitate building rapport with patients and families, VMOs and all members of the multidisciplinary team.
A flexible and adaptable nature to help you adapt to changing environments
