• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records across multiple childcare centres.




• Assist with payroll processing, wage payments and related financial administration.




• Prepare Business Activity Statements (BAS) and support GST reporting requirements.




• Maintain and reconcile business accounts, ensuring financial records are accurate and up to date.




• Prepare monthly financial reports for the business owner.




• Support ongoing accounting administration alongside the business's existing external accountant
