Job Description - Admin & Social Media Virtual Assistant for a Health and Fitness Company in Australia (Home Based Par

â¢ Manage incoming client emails, pause requests, and general customer support enquiries

â¢ Support lead follow-up processes and assist with nurturing warm enquiries

â¢ Maintain and update CRM workflows and databases within GHL Upload, schedule, and manage email marketing campaigns and newsletters

â¢ Repurpose existing content into reels, carousel posts, and social media content

â¢ Schedule and manage posts across Facebook groups and social media platforms

â¢ Assist with reviewing content performance and identifying high-performing posts

â¢ Process basic Xero data entry including contractor invoice input

â¢ Support with adhoc administration and operational tasks as required
