Job Description - Administration & Scheduling Assistant for a Cleaning Solutions in Australia (Home Based Part Time)

â¢ Manage client onboarding, service agreements and participant documentation.

â¢ Maintain accurate client records and ensure all information is correctly entered into ShiftCare.

â¢ Coordinate rostering and scheduling of cleaning staff while considering travel times and workforce availability.

â¢ Monitor and respond to emails, enquiries and client follow-up communications.

â¢ Assist with quote preparation and general administrative support.

â¢ Develop, document and improve operational procedures and workflows.

â¢ Schedule and publish social media content to maintain a consistent online presence.

â¢ Support administrative tasks across both the cleaning business and associated NDIS business when required.
