Job Description - Administrative Assistant for a Beauty & Personal Care Services in Australia (Home Based Part Time)

â¢ Transfer staff rosters from rostering platform into the Fresha point-of-sale system accurately and efficiently.

â¢ Review daily bookings and resend client consent forms to customers who have not completed the required documentation.

â¢ Monitor and respond to Google Reviews and Fresha reviews using approved templates and response guidelines.

â¢ Escalate negative reviews, complaints, or customer concerns to management for follow-up and resolution.

â¢ Update and maintain internal operational tracking systems.

â¢ Perform accurate data entry and administrative support tasks across multiple business locations.

â¢ Follow documented processes and standard operating procedures consistently.

â¢ Assist with additional structured administrative tasks as required by the operations team.
