Job Description - Business Support Officer for an Environmental Management Unit In Australia (Home Based Part Time)

• Process and manage daily DRS imports (deduplicate, append, clear raw data).
• Run weekly RosterElf exports and update the Visits Tracker.
• Maintain and update project trackers to ensure data accuracy.

• Collate draft monthly and quarterly client reports from tracker data.

• Prepare and format tender documents, quotes, and reports as required.

• Maintain and update the SOP library with new or revised processes.

• Conduct supplier and pricing research to support quoting and projects.

• Provide general administrative support to the Directors and VA1 as needed.
