⢠Act as the first point of contact for all staff via phone and email regarding compliance and training enquiries.
⢠Manage and maintain employee compliance in line with Aged Care, Disability Care, NDIS, and organizational legislation and standards.
⢠Monitor and manage the compliance inbox, ensuring all enquiries are reviewed and responded to within 48 hours.
⢠Collect, verify, and maintain compliance documentation such as police checks, worker screening checks, qualifications, and mandatory training records.
⢠Monitor outstanding employee documents and follow up via phone, text, or email.
⢠Maintain accurate and up\-to\-date compliance records, databases, and filing systems.
⢠Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on compliance\-related matters.
⢠Prepare regular compliance status reports for management.
⢠Assist with audit preparation, internal reviews, and reporting by ensuring documentation is accurate and readily available.
⢠Assist in updating and implementing compliance policies and procedures.
⢠Undertake other duties as reasonably directed.
