Job Description - E-Commerce Customer Service Assistant for an Independent Fashion Label in Australia (Home Based Part

• Prepare daily shipping labels (AusPost & DHL) and ensure DHL customs/tariff info is correct.

• Manage returns & size exchanges via Redo and Shopify; create labels; reserve stock; update inventory.

• Handle customer enquiries (email/chat) using existing FAQs/macros; escalate complex cases.

• Code transactions and maintain tidy records in Xero per the client’s chart/rules.

• Compile weekly KPIs in a spreadsheet from Shopify/ads dashboards provided.

• Maintain and follow SOPs; suggest process improvements.

• Create product listings on Ebay and Depop
