• Calendar and scheduling management (Outlook) International and domestic travel bookings and visa coordination • Bookkeeping: invoice creation, reconciliation, data entry (Xero) • Document preparation and basic research (e.g. subcontractor agreements, upcoming events/conferences) • Inbox triage, email flagging, and folder maintenance (Outlook / Windows) • Project and pipeline task management (Monday.com) • Folder and file structuring for new client projects (SharePoint / OneDrive)
