• File Management - filing, scheduling, record keeping, retention/archiving, file closure
• Diary Control: track matters, deadlines, and appointment dates.
• Documents: draft routine letters/forms for review, format affidavits/stat decs, file & index.
• Lodgements: eCourts WA/CCP/VRB/ART filings; arrange service, interpreters, transcripts.
• Veterans & Super: prep DVA/DRCA/MRCA submissions; chase records; liaise with CSC/super funds/insurers.
• Finance Support: enter time/WIP, issue invoices, trust receipts & recon prep (no authorisations).
• Compliance: confidentiality/privacy, safe custody packets, closing/archiving.
• Office Ops: calendars, email/matter hygiene, mail/scanning/supplies; maintain precedents/templates.
