Marketing & Social Skills Group Facilitator for Social Coach in Australia (Home Based Part Time)

• Execute marketing campaigns (social media, email, blog posts)

• Monitor website forms and respond to inquiries

• Manage enrolment process (workflows, automations, invoicing) in our CRM (GoHighLevel)

• Track invoices and maintain spreadsheets

• Run structured social skills groups for adolescents and young adults on Zoom

• Confident and comfortable presenting on Zoom or other online platforms

• Strong verbal and written English communication skills (including professional emails)
• Organized and detail\-oriented in daily tasks and communication
• Proactive problem\-solver who can take initiative without constant supervision
• Tech\-savvy and comfortable learning new software quickly
• Experience with marketing or social media content creation
• Able to handle basic website editing (Squarespace preferred)
• Comfortable with spreadsheet tracking and data organization
