Job Description - Marketing Success Specialist for a Wine and Beverage Industry in Australia (Home Based Part Time)

â¢ Manage and respond to customer inquiries through HubSpot, ensuring excellent customer service and support

â¢ Process customer orders, subscriptions, and account-related requests accurately and efficiently

â¢ Maintain and update the companyâs wine database to ensure information accuracy and consistency

â¢ Monitor and track the performance of ongoing marketing campaigns
