About Your Role

We are expanding our team and want to welcome an experienced and dynamic Occupational Therapist ready to make a meaningful impact and contribute to best practice. Bring your expertise, maturity, and strong organisational skills to thrive in this role.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage a negotiated caseload and deliver timely, quality therapeutic services.

  • Assess participants’ emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical function through clinical observations and standardised assessments.

  • Interpret findings to create personalised treatment goals for each participant.

  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to enhance participants’ quality of life.

  • Mentor and nurture early career clinicians.

  • Maintain awareness of current legislation to ensure compliance.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Current general registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist

  • Excellent time management and organisational skills to effectively manage a varied caseload

  • A proactive attitude and a strong commitment to ongoing professional development

  • Experience in mentoring and supervising other Occupational Therapists

  • A genuine passion for making a positive impact in the disability sector
