Job Description - Order Processing & Accounts Administration Assistant for a Beverage Company in Australia (Home Based

â¢ Monitor and process incoming supplier orders received via email

â¢ Input orders accurately into Xero, ensuring correct supplier tagging and cost coding

â¢ Generate and send invoices to customers in a timely manner

â¢ Coordinate order fulfillment with third-party logistics (3PL) providers via email

â¢ Follow supplier-specific ordering procedures and portal requirements, including Amazon

â¢ Collect and reconcile proof of delivery documentation weekly

â¢ Assist with Xero reconciliations and reporting tasks

â¢ Generate ad hoc operational and sales reports as required

â¢ Maintain accurate records and documentation

â¢ Provide general administrative support across the business
