Sales and Reservation Coordinator for a Toursim and Leisure Company in Australia (Home Based Part T

Daily Tasks:

• Oversee the end\-to\-end booking process ensuring all details are managed accurately and efficiently

• Liaise with international and domestic agents, hotels, and direct clients to facilitate smooth reservations

• Utilize G Suite and Salesforce for task management, scheduling, and tracking bookings

• Support direct sales efforts as a key point of contact for potential clients

• Handle all inbound leads from direct enquiries (no cold calling)

• Collaborate with the operations team including skippers and drivers to ensure flawless client experiences

Working Shift:

• Monday to Saturday: 5:00pm \- 9:00pm Australian Eastern Daylight Time

• Sunday: 10:00am \- 5:00pm Australian Eastern Daylight Time
