Job Description - Senior Account Executive for a Learning Center in Australia (Home Based Part Time)

Executive & Diary Management:

• Manage the business owner's calendar, appointments, meetings, travel arrangements and daily priorities, ensuring her time is organized effectively and important matters are followed through.

Inbox & Communication Management:

• Assist with email correspondence, monitor important communications, coordinate responses and ensure outstanding matters are actioned appropriately.

Task & Priority Management:

• Take ownership of executive administration, identify urgent and important priorities, track outstanding tasks and proactively follow up without needing constant direction.

Delegation & Team Coordination:

• Work closely with the business owner and childcare center managers, coordinate delegated responsibilities and ensure tasks are communicated, progressed and completed.

Proactive Executive Support:

• Confidently manage upwards by identifying competing demands, anticipating the business owner's needs, recommending solutions and helping her focus on higher-level business priorities.

Business & Operational Administration:

• Assist with organizing information, coordinating business activities and improving administrative processes across the organization as it continues to grow.
