Job Description - Shift Allocation Coordinator for a Staffing Solutions Company in Australia (Home Based Part Time)

â¢ Coordinate and allocate qualified care staff to vacant shifts while ensuring continuity of service for aged care clients

â¢ Monitor rostering and staffing platforms, including Shiftmatch and other scheduling systems, to secure and fill shifts efficiently

â¢ Respond promptly to urgent staffing shortages and unexpected scheduling issues

â¢ Maintain regular communication with care staff, rostering managers, schedulers, and internal team members to ensure smooth operations

â¢ Update and maintain accurate workforce, client, and scheduling records within rostering software platforms

â¢ Ensure all handovers and shift information are communicated clearly and accurately

â¢ Identify and escalate potential compliance concerns or staffing issues to the Brisbane team for follow-up

â¢ Provide additional administrative and scheduling support as required by the allocations team

Training Schedule: (most likely 2 weeks)

Monday/Tue/Thu/Fri - 12:00pm - 5:00pm AEST
