Job Description - Talent Manager for a Recruitment Company in Australia (Home Based Part Time)




• Proactively source high-quality candidates for the consulting team and deliver efficient administrative and client management support to ensure a seamless recruitment process.







• Conduct targeted searches of the candidate database to identify and contact qualified prospects







• Coordinate preparation of Candidate Profiles for consultant review







• Collate and present shortlisted candidates to the appropriate consultants







• Liaise with active candidates to manage expectations and provide updates on job opportunities







• Screen candidates via phone and document outcomes for consultant follow-up







• Maintain and update candidate records in the database accurately







• Execute candidate outreach campaigns including SMS and email blasts.
