Website Developer for a Marketing Agency in Australia (Home Based Part Time)

• Build, edit, and maintain websites across WordPress, Webflow, and Shopify (plus other platforms when required).

• Translate Figma designs into pixel\-accurate, responsive CMS builds while maintaining performance and usability.

• Execute ongoing website updates including content changes, layout adjustments, and device responsiveness improvements.

• Manage hosting environments including cPanel, DNS, server configuration, and performance tuning.

• Handle website migrations, domain connections, and platform transitions with minimal risk and downtime.

• Set up and manage staging and production environments.

• Oversee website security, updates, backups, and plugin/app management.

• Diagnose and resolve website conflicts, bugs, and performance issues.

• Implement website speed optimisation best practices including Core Web Vitals, asset optimisation, caching, and performance monitoring.

• Apply custom code where required (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, Liquid).

• Implement and manage schema markup and structured data to support SEO, rich results, and AI visibility.

• Configure structured content, metadata, and semantic HTML to support AI search and discovery (desirable but not essential).

• Set up, manage, and validate analytics and tracking (primarily GA4, tag management, and tracking pixels).

• Validate tracking accuracy across key site events and conversions.
