Qualifications & experience

• Tertiary qualifications where complex report-writing and research fundamentals is an element.
• Experience in interviewing to develop understanding of organisations
• Business process auditing skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to develop comprehensive proposals / tenders / outcomes reports.
• Technical proficiency.

Key tasks & responsibilities

• Undertake primary and secondary research, both online and in person. 
• Development of systems and processes.
• Manage stakeholder relationships.
• Produce written reports and data as required.
• Provide critical analysis.
• Management and Coordination of projects.
• Strong methodological understanding, and ability to adapt research design.
