Q1 Resort & Spa Gold Coast Qld, requires an exceptional and experienced Guest Service Agent to join our award winning front desk team as a Grade 3 GSA.

Minimal 1 year experience in similar role required for consideration to interview stage
Solid track record in customer service standards and eye for essential please
Shift work required on rotational rosters set between 7:00 am & 10:00 pm
Weekend shifts should be expected, however dispersed through the front desk team fairly
At least 1 business references (current) must be available
Competitive wage offered. Promotion within the company [5 properties] will be offered to suitable team members after probation when available
Secure onsite free parking, uniforms and excellent employee services are offered

Q1 offers development and advanced training for team members after a probationary period, cross training into a Supervisor or Duty Manager role in front office can be offered to the right candidates. Q1 has a policy and tradition of ‘advancement within the team’ and the right candidates have always been offered more senior roles when these roles become available.
