NEW RESTAURANT OPENING JULY 2024

The Meat & Wine Co prides itself in providing an exceptional and unique steakhouse dining experience. The Meat & Wine Co is a full service, casual fine dining steakhouse that specialises in dry-aging steaks and has an impressive wine selection. Our teams prides itself on its people first culture and training and development.

Our 1 Bligh Street Sydney restaurant is seeking Hosts/Reservations Hosts to join the team.

Day to day responsibilities:

Attending to guest inquiries and reservations via email, telephone and face to face
Providing exceptional customer service by ensure all guest requests and requirements are communicated and completed.
Greeting guests and assisting with guests orders and needs
Processing payments and cash handling

Do you have?:

Previous experience in guest services within a restaurant/hospitality environment
Previous experience with a reservation system such as SevenRooms or Res Diary is an advantage
A La Carte restaurant experience an advantage
Cash handling experience
Current RSA certificate
Flexible availability over a 7-day rotating roster including nights and weekends
