Job Description - Retail Customer Service Sales Consultant - Part-Time

Creswick Woollen Mills is an expert in natural fibres for over 75 years. We are seeking a bubbly personality to join our head office customer service team who loves sales and helping people.  

This role is permanent part time and is a new addition to the vibrant customer service team based in the heart of Camberwell. You will be responsible for some in store, web and phone-based enquiries.

You will deal with general customer enquiries including:

  • Product /general company enquiries
  • Dealing with customer web exchanges/ returns/ refund requests
  • Responsible for handling incoming phone enquiries. 

A large proportion of this role is responsible for outboard warm calls based on our marketing campaigns. 

You have proven experience in servicing consumer products on the web and on the phone. You are able to learn new systems quickly and good at multi tasking. 

Experience in bed sales and high-end homewares will be viewed highly favourably!

This role is on average 3 days a week and can be flexible with school pickup/ drop off times.
