We are desiring to recruit a creative Retail Marketing Manager to join our energetic team at Coronation in Surry Hills, Sydney NSW.

Role Details

  • Collaborate with Development, Construction, Marketing, Sales, Nation, and Property Services teams to organise collateral, events, video, digital, social media, and signage
  • Create and implement Retail Marketing Strategies relating to Coronation retail assets 
  • Manage marketing budgets relating to Coronation retail assets
  • Monitor digital and print advertising, and work with all retail tenants for content changes including photography, project updates, etc
  • Prepare and deliver regular communications working with Marketing, Development, Sales, Nation and Property Services on all project deliverables including retail updates, announcements, etc. to all external stakeholders
  • Liaise with Graphic / Digital Designer to update social media and website content, signage and retail collateral
  • Manage content for websites and social media, and ensure that it is refreshed regularly, relevant, on brand, and represents the retail assets at all times
  • Maintain and build all retail marketing supplier relationships, ensuring that our rates are industry leading and we have the highest possible output, meeting all deadlines with ease
  • Understand the Company brand guidelines, policies, and approval protocols and apply them to all projects. Work with the Marketing team as a brand guardian within the Company and with all external suppliers
  • Assist the Marketing team on all corporate brand requirements in association with retail assets
  • Work with marketing, public relations, media representatives, and all partners of the Company to execute all activities and initiatives that will assist with brand awareness and visitors to the retail assets
  • Collaborate with Nation Team to deliver resident retail benefits as applicable
  • Assist with the execution of retail launches and opening events where applicable
  • Ensuring alignment between Coronation brand and retail assets
  • Undertake general marketing administration including filing, archiving, scanning, couriering, receiving mail and deliveries, stock take of all collateral and inventory, and storage room management
  • Assist with allocated awards submissions as required
  • Attend all Coronation corporate events as required
  • Coordinate photography for retail assets where required
  • Respond to internal customer requests for stationary, collateral, merchandise or logos
  • Collate relevant quotes and invoices for payment
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and developments to ensure that marketing efforts are innovative and effective
